Tennessee legalized hemp and all of its derivatives, including the non-psychoactive cannabinoid Delta-8-THC. The legislation specifically declares that hemp is not classified as a Controlled Substance in the state.

According to SENATE BILL NO.357, it states:

"THC" means delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol.

Delta-8 is not currently monitored nor regulated in the state.
