With 1g = 1000mg, .3% of 1000mg is 3 mg so every 1 gram of Delta 9 has the potential to contain 3 mgs of Delta 9. Now take a 6 g gummy which can have (6g*3mg=) 18mg of Delta 9 THC.  Hemp products that fall under this definition are legal, as long as they contain less than 0.3 percent Delta 9 THC by dry weight volume.

Therefore residents in the state can buy products from a Delta 9 shop and enjoy the euphoric effects contained within the products.  This is also promising because it not only allows the sale of THC without the need to visit a dispensary, but it also sets the precident for how the state may view other forms of THC within state borders.
