Hemp-derived Delta-8 Flower is used to prepare the pre-rolls for consumption. Delta-8 (Δ8-THC)is a minor cannabinoid derived from industrial hemp and is protected under the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, in which it defines Hemp as the following:

‘‘hemp’’ means the plant species Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.

Being federal Farm Bill compliant as long as the Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9 THC) levels remain at or below the 0.3% limit, Delta-8 is form of tetrahydrocannabinol that complies with the federal Farm Bill.
