The HHC content comes from industrial hemp plants grown from USA-based farms. Most of the other hemp derived HHC caramels adult candy we’ve tested from competitors either don’t contain HHC cannabinoid at all or come in way over the federally legal limit of .3%, as provided in the 2018 Farm Bill.
