What are HHC Edibles?

What is HHC?

HHC can also be manufactured from Delta-9 THC by the process of hydrogenation.  Hydrogenated THC is the process of simply adding a hydrogen atom to the chemical's structure.  When that occurs, the THC type transforms into HHC which is sometimes considered just as psychoactive as Delta-9 THC-- and unlike Delta-9 THC, HHC is legal nationwide.

Hexahydrocannabinol legal concerns have transpired due to how HHC relates with the 2018 Farm Bill which is a bill signed into law by the president legalizing hemp-derived products across the nation.  Legal THC products had  been associated with only a handful of marijuana-friendly states in the past, and with the passage of that bill, all hemp-derived products -- including that of HHC-- became legal along with that of Cannabidiol (CBD), Delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-8-THC) and HHC.  As the law of the land, further restrictions on hemp-derived products exist at the state-level.  Currently, there are not any US States which have HHC laws on the books so HHC is therefore legal in all US States.
